LEVEL III & OUTSIDE AGENCY SERVICES

• Development of qualification and certification procedures
• Tailoring training programs and body of knowledge to comply with certification requirements
• Development and administration of examinations (written & practical) to be used for employer certification of NDT personnel
• Oversee on-the-job training for client personnel in order to meet experience requirements for certification
• Act as an independent outside agency for the client in the absence of their own Level III
